Neura IoT Starter Pack Prize Draw

 

These terms apply where you have entered an IoT Starter Pack prize draw at an event where Neura is an exhibitor. There will be one IoT Starter Pack prize for each event.

 

Eligibility

You are entered for the prize draw when you provide us your contact details at an eligible event.  You must work for a New Zealand based organisation to be able to enter the prize draw.  You can only enter one prize draw for each event. 

 

If you win the prize, the IoT Starter Pack must only be used for your organisation’s purposes, not for personal purposes.

 

Details of the prize 

The IoT Starter Pack prize includes:

  • Devices. 9 N-Tick devices suitable for your use cases (which can’t be swapped)
  • Platform access.  Access to N-Hub data platform and N-Sight data visualisation for 12 months (expiring 31 December 2025);
  • Connectivity. One network Gateway.  We’ll use this gateway to connect to any existing coverage, provide new coverage, or provide simple indoor coverage (see below).  We’ll provide management and monitoring for the connectivity for 12 months (expiring 31 December 2025).

 

We think the IoT Starter Pack will provide valuable insights to the winner’s organisation and we’ll work with the winner to ensure the IoT Starter Pack meets your organisation’s use cases.  

Connectivity will need to be confirmed based on the winner’s location, and availability of the existing network.  

While we’ll try to provide connectivity to ensure you get value from the prize, there may be limited situations where this is not possible due to the prize being limited to a “starter pack” rather than our commercial grade solution.

 

What the winner will need to do

Neura will notify the winner after the draw has taken place by email, and within 10 days the winner must respond and confirm whether they wish to claim the prize. If you are unresponsive, unable or unwilling to accept the prize, Neura may award it to another entrant. 

The winner must:

  • supply Neura with the details of where you want the IoT Starter Pack to be installed;
  • sign and comply with additional terms and conditions for the prize (to cover the installation and ongoing services provided by Neura);
  • whilst Neura will support the installation of the devices, connectivity, and the platform you’ll need to carry out some activities from your end.

 

However, if doing the above doesn’t work for you, we’ll award it to another entrant.

 

How the winner will be determined

  • A winner will be determined at random, drawn from all the entries received at the relevant event.
  • The draw will occur within four weeks of the end of each relevant event.  
  • The winner must have provided a valid email address.
  • The winner will be notified by email.
  • Neura’s decision in relation to the winner, or any other aspect of this competition, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

Other things to know about

  • If you accept a prize, you will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes related to accepting the prize.
  • The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

 

Modification of terms and conditions

Neura may modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice and reserves the right to cancel, suspend or change the competition for any reason.
