Aircom End Nodes

Description

Aircom end nodes are designed to deliver industrial IoT remote monitoring and telemetry in the toughest conditions: rated intrinsically safe for UL Class 1 Div I / ATEX Zone 0 environments. They are self-contained, battery-powered LoRaWAN edge devices that are simple to setup and use. Aircom end nodes use LoRaWAN to transmit data from wired field sensors to a gateway, which then sends it to the server in near real-time. They are rugged, intrinsically safe (Class 1 Div 1, Zone 0 certified), and suitable for explosive environments. The nodes support a wide range of instruments to monitor analog, digital, and serial comms inputs.
Key Features
Use Cases
Downloads
  • Intrinsically safe (I.S.), approved for ATEX Zone 0 and Class 1 Div. 1 Compliant for explosive, hazardous environments
  • Secure, long-range data transmission end-to-end with LoRaWAN AES-128 data encryption end-to-end, send data up to 10+ miles
  • Low power Up to 10-year battery life, can power sensor with 10.6-16.5VDC output
  • Flexible and expansive Acts as a datalogger, RTU, or PLC for monitoring and control applications. MQTT from server or Modbus from Gateway for direct SCADA/DCS communication.

Asset Monitoring

Vehicles Whether you're managing centralized or widely distributed assets in the field, our LoRaWAN-based asset monitoring system can help you keep tabs on your assets in real time. With sensor data and other key metrics at your fingertips, you can optimize your operations and reduce costs.

Environmental Monitoring

Smart City Interoperability copy Our LoRaWAN-enabled sensors can track temperature, humidity, air quality, and more, giving you real-time insights into the conditions in your environment. This can be invaluable for managing everything from building automation to crop yields.
